1. CALL THE CANDIDATE

● Call twice in a row (5 seconds between calls).

- Wait 1-2 Minutes.

2. INTRODUCTION

•Hello (Recruit Name) can you hear me okay?

• Great... This is (your first name) with the ____ Agency… I had us down on my calendar for our interview today, is this still the best time for us to speak?

(Yes) – Great... Really the first part of this call is pretty basic, just kinda want to get to know you a little better, see what it is you’re looking for… compared to where you are now…To make sure that this is a good fit. Then at the end... of the call if we feel like this IS... at that point we can discuss next steps and maybe a possible 2nd interview... Does that sound okay??

(No) –

- Find time to reschedule or send 1st IV Link from SMS Template

- Or move on from candidate. Move to “Not Interested” opportunity

3. CONNECTING QUESTIONS

● Perfect… Soooo what was it about the videos or job posting that you’ve seen… like.. what really.. made you want to sit down and talk today?

○ (PROBING Q if not being open)- And when you say
(repeat what they said), why did that stand out to you in particular?

○ Or – Why is (repeat what they said) so important to you exactly??

● Other than (repeat what they said), was there anything else that attracted your attention??

4. SITUATION QUESTIONS

● What are you currently doing now for a living?

(If not working ask previous jobs )

● How long have you been (Insert what they do/have done)?

● What got you involved with (Insert what they do/have done)?

5. PROBLEM AWARENESS QUESTIONS (get likes and dislikes here)

● What do you like about (Insert what they do/have done)? I don't wanna put words in your mouth, but some people say they like their boss, or the pay, or the people were cool, like... what were a few of the things you enjoy doing??

○ Why do you like that?

● Is there anything else you like about (Insert what they do)??

● Sooo what don’t you like about (Insert what they do). Like what... has you looking for something new?

○ Why don’t you like in particular?

■ PROBING Q- And that (repeat the dislike), has that had…an impact on you somehow? (This is where the pain/emotion is for why they are looking for something new. Dig into this)

• Hold on... in what way though???

OR

• When you say (repeat the dislike) has had an impact... How do you mean exactly?

6. TWO TRUTHS QUESTIONS (Use only if they say they like what they're doing now)

● It sounds like things are going fairly well for you, is there anything you would change about (insert job/like here) if you…if you could though?

● Why would you change that?

○ Why is that important to you now to change though?

● And has that had…an effect on you personally somehow?

○ Hold on, in what way?

7. SOLUTION AWARENESS QUESTIONS

● How do you see the benefits of you actually doing/being able to (repeat back what they’re looking for)?

OR

● You solving this problem, (repeat back problem), how would it be different for you, like what would it do for you personally though? (this will let them come up with a solution to their problem on their own)

OR

● How would you feel being able to (insert solution) ?

8. CONSEQUENCE QUESTIONS

● That makes sense... Sooo what if you don’t do anything about (insert what they don’t like/problem) and your situation stays the same or gets even worse, like....THAT DOESN’T SOUND LIKE YOUR LOOKING TO SETTLE FOR THAT ANYMORE, AM I RIGHT?

○ How come??/Why not??? (Let them tell you why they aren't settling anymore and what the consequences of staying put will do)

- QUALIFYING QUESTIONS (Only ask if you’re not sure they’re bought in)

● How important is it for you to change your situation and start _____, how important is that???

○ Why is that important to you now though?

● From what you’ve seen so far, how do you see… this…. being beneficial to you and your future?
OR

● Are you willing to put the work in to change the trajectory of your current situation of (insert bad situation)

9. TRANSITION QUESTIONS

● Based on what you told me about what you’re doing now and really what you’re looking for, what we do… MIGHT actually be a good fit for you…

● Because you know how you said (repeat back logical problem)??

● And because of that it’s making you feel a little (repeat back what they told you it’s doing to them emotionally; frustrated, stressed, annoyed, worried, concerned.)???

10. PRESENTATION STAGE

TELL PROSPECT WHAT WE DO, HOW WE DO IT, AND THE SPECIFIC ADVANTAGES & BENEFITS OF HOW SYMMETRY WILL SOLVE THEIR PROBLEM

• A lot of people that are with us now were in a situation… JUST LIKE YOU. You know how a lot of people are finding it harder to get by with

(insert the problems they are having)

• Well what we do is help people like that start their own career in insurance and financial services so that they can (insert fixing problems), so they can take back their life while making a great living and sometimes more than they were making previously..

• Well, the main thing we do like you saw on the videos is help people, we protect families.

(Describe Mortgage Protection and remind them of the video they watched and tailor it to the things they’re looking for… Use an example of the last policy you wrote….)



• Does any of that resonate with you and how you would like to… (insert solution to their problem)??

○ In what way though? – (If they don’t open up)

● And being able to (repeat their answers)…for a living, how would that make you feel personally?

OR

● You doing this (repeat their answers)…for a living…how would life be different than it is now for you?

11. 2ND IV INVITE OR Move to 2nd IV Script

● What I’d like to do is invite you to a second interview, and send you some more information if you think that would be appropriate?

(Set 2nd Interview, 1. self book, 2. agent book, or 3. move on from candidate)

• And then If we feel like this is… you know, a good fit… then at the end of the call we’ll go over next steps as far as… obtaining your state license, the study course that prepares you for that… which we pay for, only thing you cover is the state reporting fee we aren’t allowed to pay which is only like $50, then go over our free training program, and start teaching you to do this business, work from really anywhere, and start (insert solution to their problem) like you said you wanted.
